    No refund will be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with performance once the service has been delivered as described.
  • Incorrect Information Provided
    If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information (e.g. a wrong link, artist name, or details) and the service has already started, a refund will not be issued.
    Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
  • External Platform Changes
    We are not responsible for any modifications, removals, or suspensions made by third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.).
    Refunds cannot be issued for situations beyond our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Approval
    If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds
    In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted if a portion of the service was successfully delivered or if the client wishes to cancel only part of their order.
