3. Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

Since MP4 Entertainment provides digital and non-tangible services, refunds are not possible once the service has been delivered.

As a customer, you acknowledge this condition before completing your order.
However, in exceptional cases, you may contact our support team to review your situation individually.

Cancellation:
Requests for order cancellation must be made within 24 hours after purchase by email at wearemp4entertainment@gmail.com.
After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Once the payment is confirmed, our team has up to 24 business hours to contact the client and start the promotional campaign.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us.
We only collect the data necessary to process and fulfill your order.
We will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third party.

5. Liabilities

MP4 Entertainment is not responsible for the removal or suspension of songs, videos, or accounts by streaming platforms (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.).

If such a removal occurs, we provide a detailed report of the promotional actions and traffic sources used.
However, a suspension or deletion may occur if there is a sudden and unusual increase in engagement metrics on an account that has not previously generated such activity.

We strongly recommend that clients analyze their existing statistics and grow progressively.

MP4 Entertainment is not affiliated with Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Deezer, Tidal, Amazon Music, Audiomack, Pandora, or any other streaming platform or service.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Any dispute arising from the use of our Website or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
